WHO ARE WE
Resilience, Environment, and Humanitarian Aid (REHA) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) that operates as a not-for-profit and non-political entity. It is officially registered with the Ministry of Economy under license No. 5516. REHA specializes in various fields, including environmental protection, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, agriculture and livelihood, and humanitarian assistance.
As an organization, REHA is committed to fulfilling its mission through a wide range of interventions. These interventions encompass both “hard” and “soft” approaches, addressing the needs of individuals and communities affected by climate change impacts, environmental issues, natural disasters, and humanitarian crises.
The term “hard interventions” typically refers to tangible actions and measures such as infrastructure development, engineering solutions, or physical projects aimed at mitigating the effects of climate change and hazards. On the other hand, “soft interventions” encompass non-physical and capacity-building initiatives such as training programs, knowledge sharing, awareness campaigns, advocacy efforts, and policy development.
